Volunteer & Connect with an Older Neighbor through DOROT’s Thanksgiving Meal Delivery

DOROT’s Thanksgiving Meal Delivery brings hundreds of older adults and volunteers together to share warmth and companionship for the holiday season.
Volunteer to deliver a festive Thanksgiving meal and share a visit or friendly phone call with an older adult in the community.

Here’s how it works:

  • Register online HERE (by Nov. 15)
  • Pick up a Thanksgiving meal and get matched with an older adult
  • Deliver the meal to the older adult
  • Connect with the older adult for visit or friendly phone call

Package Pick-Up Locations:

West Side: Sunday, November 19
DOROT
171 West 85th Street
Off Amsterdam Avenue

East Side: Sunday, November 19
Central Synagogue
123 East 55th Street
Between Park and Lexington Avenues
