Lactation consultant Ayelet Kaznelson will bring her special milk intake scale, for the option to weigh babies before and after a feeding, to see how much milk they are getting.

Caring for Your Newborn (Virtual)
Find joy in the care routines you create for your new baby and connect with other expectant families that are on a similar journey. Topics discussed include preparing the home for the baby’s arrival, circumcision and umbilical cord care, how to handle a colicky baby, and more.

New! Speech Development + Milestones for Young Children (Virtual)
As early as infancy, your child will begin to make noises and respond to sounds in his/her environment. Parents and caregivers are children’s most important teachers and communication models. This program will highlight the specific signs of typical language development from birth–3 years of age.

Please limit comments to 150 words and keep them civil and relevant to the article at hand. Comments are closed after six days. Our primary goal is to create a safe and respectful space where a broad spectrum of voices can be heard. We welcome diverse viewpoints and encourage readers to engage critically with one another’s ideas, but never at the expense of civility. Disagreement is expected—even encouraged—but it must be expressed with care and consideration. Comments that take cheap shots, escalate conflict, or veer into ideological warfare detract from the constructive spirit we aim to cultivate.
