The holidays can leave older adults feeling isolated and alone. Volunteer to deliver a Passover care package and share a visit or friendly phone call with an older adult.

Here’s how it works:
- Register online HERE (by March 22)
- Pick up a package of treats (locations below)
- Deliver the package to an older adult
- Connect with the older adult for visit or friendly phone call
