UWS Chef Tailors Every Plate to Meet Each Diner’s Unique Taste, Nutrition, and Wellness Goals

Chef Craig’s approach to food is inspiring people to change the way they eat, how they think about what they eat, and even when they eat. Rooted in a philosophy that food is deeply personal, he takes the time to get to know every diner that he cooks for, and then thoughtfully creates for them a deliciously tailor-made meal that is nurturing, nutritious, and supports their overall health and well-being. He has become known for his customized holistic cuisine that tastes as good as it feels.

You’ve heard of concierge medicine. But are you familiar with the concept and benefits of concierge cooking?

Like a good concierge doctor, a skilled concierge chef delivers highly personalized, comprehensive care, only they do it with food. The good ones have an in-depth understanding of the medicinal properties of ingredients, are highly knowledgeable about food’s effects on the body, and have the knowledge, skills, and equipment to prepare them without destroying the nutritional value. Most importantly, they care. Chef Craig is one of the best, and his brand of concierge cooking is not about exclusivity, but rather uncompromising personalization and accessibility, and helping people feel better so they can live better, one meal choice at a time.

The conversations that precede meal-prep are his favorite part of the process. He takes the time to genuinely connect with everyone he cooks for so that he can thoughtfully create for them delicious meals that comfort, satisfy, and support them. He has seen first-hand how the right foods, prepared property, at the right temperatures, with the right cookware, and eaten at the right times of day, can heal. His love of the culinary arts, and his love for his father, are what transformed this chef’s passion for cooking with purpose, from a personal  story of healing into something much bigger – into something that matters.

These days, Chef Craig is working as a personal chef. He has found that this is the best way that he can help support and empower his clients who have already made the decision to make food-related behavior and lifestyle changes. Many come to him already understanding  that food choices are a reflection of the beliefs that they hold about themselves and a primary determinant of quality of life. And those who don’t, often figure it out through their time together. He works with each client one-on-one, and based on personal tastes, health status, daily life requirements, and even sleep patterns and exercise schedules, creates the meals that they need;  to treat and prevent imbalances in the body, to restore a sense of well-being to the mind, to increase energy; to improve sleep quality; to feel more vibrant, energetic, and balanced.

Through his new venture, Well Living by Chef Craig, he offers three concierge cooking service options to his guests. The first is a customized meal delivery service. Based on an agreed upon schedule, freshly prepared meals made just for you are delivered to your home as needed. The second is in-home chef services. Chef Craig, or one of his staff, will come to you and help you turn any occasion dining at home into a healthy, special occasion. The last is event catering. From casual to elegant, intimate or grand, he’ll help you plan a nourishing experience from start to finish, taking care of your guests from the inside out.

The best way to truly understand the benefits of Craig’s holistic cuisine and the impact that concierge cooking can have on your life, is to experience it for yourself. To get the conversation started and learn more, visit the Well Living website or call 347.387.1252.

An approach to food that does not require me to adjust to the meals, but instead customizes the meals to accomodate me. I love this.
