Well-Paid Maids: ‘We’re Not Just a Feel-Good Company’

As the only living-wage home cleaning company in New York City, Well-Paid Maids is often deemed a feel-good company.

But what you should also know? Well-Paid Maids does a thorough, top-notch job cleaning your home with sustainable, green products. That’s why customers are giving it 5-star ratings.

Here’s what a recent Google reviewer had to say:

“Well Paid Maids was excellent! I hired them for a deep clean of my apartment. Eric and Raima were wonderful. Extremely professional, on time (early even), great communication, very helpful and even threw in a few extras. The place is spotless and everything feels new again. A+, would definitely hire them again!”

Well-Paid Maids’ secret to customer happiness is simple: It takes care of its employees.

It pays employees (read: not contractors!) at least $26 an hour and offers comprehensive benefits, including health, vision and dental insurance; 24 paid days off a year; and employer-paid commuting.

The company boasts an impressive 4.4-star rating on Glassdoor, with 90% of reviewers saying they’d recommend the employer to a friend.

Head over to the Well-Paid Maids website to learn more and book your professional home cleaning.

It’s not clear to me from your website whether a single person is assigned to a single home, so that there is continuity, or whether you just get someone each time. (Also if the description of your cancelation and lateness policy is accurate, that’s not right – if someone is more than 30 minutes or an hour late, the person hiring them should be able to cancel without penalty.)
