The Fit-For-Life Balance Class is offered on Monday @ 11 and Tuesday @ 11:30am, in-person at our studio.
This program is a small group of 3-6 people so each person will receive personalized attention and accountability that simulates a private training session and is best suited for someone that is serious about improving their balance for life or for a specific sport such as tennis or pickleball.

The Silver Stars consultation is 45/50 minutes, as we’ll discuss your goals, fitness experience and health history. We will also look at your balance, mobility and overall strength, and you’ll get some valuable tips to help improve balance and overall fitness level.
