Disagreement is expected—even encouraged—but it must be expressed with care and consideration. Comments that take cheap shots, escalate conflict, or veer into ideological warfare detract from the constructive spirit we aim to cultivate. This is good… I missed some of these stories, especially the one on shoplifting.

I hate them locking up everything, but never put it together with shoplifting, because it’s a momentary irritation, so I never thought it through.

Now that I have I say GOOD, then lock up EVERYTHING, because if it continues prices must of needs rocket up or the location close, so locking up the merch. is the least of 3 evils.

Too freaking bad that people are like this, though…

So much for “we’re all in this together”

What I don’t need is an article highlighting 5 of the voluminous total of 22 articles that were published in a week. That’s 3 a day which I can handle by myself.

What I do need is an unmoderated and in-depth discussion of what so offends WSR readers that the moderators have to censor so many comments. I know that I’m not alone in saying that the moderators don’t censor just opinions but also facts and links to websites that contain a trove of information pertaining to the issues written in many articles. It’s obnoxious to think that readers wouldn’t find such links helpful.

So, instead of giving us these silly recaps, please devote some effort to giving this website more integrity.
