Public Notice: Announcing an RFP

A nonprofit organization in New York City is seeking sealed bids for sales and installation of security related enhancements. The project includes: Updates/upgrades to existing security systems; installation of CCTV equipment; installation of access control equipment (e.g., locks); replacement and installation of entryway door ballistic glazing; installation of blast resistant film.

Selection criteria will be based on knowledge of surveillance and security, adherence to projected work schedule, prior experience, references, and cost. Specifications and bid requirements can be obtained by emailing RFPs@moisesafracenter.org .

All interested firms will be required to sign for the proposal documents and provide primary contact, telephone, fax, and email address.

Bids will be accepted until 4:00PM on February 25, 2022; work is to commence by the week of March 21, 2022, and be completed by June 30, 2022.

Could someone please explain what this is all about. Where is this building and why all the secrecy surrounding who the non-profit is and what they do.
