The team at Book Nook Enrichment has always believed in the importance of literacy, knowing that the early stages of learning for children are crucial for future success. That’s true now more than ever. Over the past seven months, Book Nook has adapted its enrichment program to a virtual setting to continue inspiring little ones through the wonder of words.

Book Nook’s online classes and workshops are offered through Zoom and provide a continued academic routine to add structure and a unique learning experience to each week. These virtual classes incorporate reading, art, and music to foster creativity and learning. Each intimate class is designed to build the skills, confidence, and motivation needed for children to master independent reading and handwriting. With options ranging from private reading sessions to small group classes to writing workshops – there’s something for every age, skill level, and reader!

Book Nook will be offering free trial classes the week of October 12th! Each class follows an age appropriate curriculum, with tiers offered for ages 18 months through 12 years old. A new 5 week semester begins the week of October 19th, so now is the perfect time to give Book Nook a try and come see what all the hoot is about. If you’re interested in signing up, click here. For more information about Book Nook classes, you can visit their website.

Our primary goal is to create a safe and respectful space where a broad spectrum of voices can be heard. We welcome diverse viewpoints and encourage readers to engage critically with one another’s ideas, but never at the expense of civility. Disagreement is expected—even encouraged—but it must be expressed with care and consideration. Comments that take cheap shots, escalate conflict, or veer into ideological warfare detract from the constructive spirit we aim to cultivate.
