Join us for the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan’s Annual Day of Kabbalah: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Times, co-hosted By Rabbi Naftali Citron and The Carlebach Shul, on Sunday, January 27, from 10 am-5:15 pm.

Now an Upper West Side tradition, the Day of Kabbalah is a guided mystery tour into the heart of Kabbalah. Renowned teachers will lead participants in a day of exploration of the theme of Kabbalah and prayer. Combining academic excellence with opportunities for experiential learning and personal transformation, the day will stimulate participants’ minds and fill theirhearts.

Teachers will include such experts in the field as Dr. Alan Brill, Rabbi Naftali Citron, Dr. Sharon Flatto, Rabbi Jeremy Kalmanofsky, Dr. Reuven Kimelman, Chayim Lando, Rabbi DovBer Pinson, Chaya Rivka Zwolinski, and more.

The Annual Day of Kabbalah takes place at the JCC, 334 Amsterdam Avenue at 76th Street. Registration and a light breakfast will begin at 9:30 am. A kosher lunch will be available for purchase. Tickets are $45 in advance and $60 at the door. To register, visit Jccmanhattan.org/Kabbalah or call 646.505.5708.

The JCC’s Annual Day of Kabbalah is supported by Fellowship in Prayer.

Our primary goal is to create a safe and respectful space where a broad spectrum of voices can be heard. We welcome diverse viewpoints and encourage readers to engage critically with one another’s ideas, but never at the expense of civility. Disagreement is expected—even encouraged—but it must be expressed with care and consideration. Comments that take cheap shots, escalate conflict, or veer into ideological warfare detract from the constructive spirit we aim to cultivate.
