So what is the story? Maybe this dog shouldn’t be reunited with its owner if its owner is abusive! What was the story?? Poor soul . . hope s/he’s ok now.

It isn’t norman. It was widely discussed on a facebook page last night and while so many of us were hopeful, it isn’t him.

I am so glad to read this. This was not the owner’s fault. She was walking her dog when someone crashed into her on some kind of hoverboard and the dog ran away. He ran after the dog and tried to catch it, but it was getting dark and the dog was fast.
