Ms Foster must be living at the Excelsior Hotel at 45 West 81st Street.

That is between CPW and Columbus.

(WSR, please include streets and avenues)

Excelsior — one meaning of which is ”ever upward” —
The lower-floor stonework bears shields with the motto ”Constant en tout,” which could be translated as ”Faithful in everything.”

I am hopeful that Ms Foster will come back “ever upward” and continue faithful in everything”

Good luck and godspeed.
