A man placed his exposed penis in the hand of a 17-year-old girl on the D train heading to the West 81st Street station, according to a police release. Police are looking for the man depicted in the photo above for the disgusting act.
It was reported to police that on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 0820 hours aboard a southbound “D” train en route to 81 St-Museum of Natural History, an unidentified male placed his exposed private parts into the right hand of a 17-year-old female victim who was standing aboard the train. The victim turned in the unidentified male’s direction and observed him using his backpack to cover his groin. The victim transferred at another station south of the incident location. It is unclear where the unidentified male detrained.
