Is an assault on a postal worker a Federal offense? I hope so.
I presume that means this guy has the keys to many buildings, as well as their mailboxes and package rooms. I hope the buildings have been notified so they can change locks.
Yep Columbus Ave in the nineties. No 24th precinct in sight. Now that thug has the keys to all our buildings.
