Tuesday’s commute wasn’t very peachy, because of an apparent track fire near the 81st Street stop on the B and C lines, the MTA told Gothamist.
The delays jumbled the whole system, although the trains are eventually resumed normal schedules with “extensive delays”. If we hear more about the cause of the fire, we’ll update.
