The man depicted above has groped three females on the 1 train, including a 13-year-old girl, according to police.
The police sent the images above, taken by the victim in the second incident, and the description below.
Incident #1 (20 pct.): It was reported to police that on Monday September 19, 2016, at approximately 1740 hours, inside of a moving “1” train at the 66 Street subway station, the individual sat next to the 24 year-old female victim and rubbed the outside of her thigh.
Incident #2 (Midtown North pct.): It was reported to police that on Wednesday September 9, 2016, at approximately 1845 hours, inside of a moving “1” train at the 42 Street subway station, the individual sat next to the 18 year-old female victim and rubbed the inside of her thigh.
Incident #3 (34 pct.): It was reported to police that sometime between September 29, 2011 to June 30, 2012, inside of a moving “1” train at the 110 Street subway station, the individual sat next to the 13 year-old female victim and rubbed the inside of her thigh.
The individual is described as a male, white, in his 40s, 6’0″; last seen wearing a green t-shirt and he carried a black backpack.

It’s another victim, who realized she was groped by the same creep when she saw the photos.
My guess is she knows it was while she was in 8th grade.
Did the police not release this info until recently? I’m sure this happened more than 3 times, but the majority of girls/women don’t make a report because they were embarrassed or don’t think it will make a difference. This guy’s photo should have been plastered all over the train and social media immediately after the first incident!
