Police are looking for Milton Kelly, am 89-year-old man who lives at 55 West 100th Street and was last seen leaving his building at 2:19 a.m. on Wednesday. Police released the description below:
“Male, black, 89 years-old, brown eyes, salt and pepper hair, approximately 6’0″, approximately 160lbs. He was last seen wearing a black cap with a NIKE insignia, a blue long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and black sneakers.”
