It isn’t a falcon it is a juvenile red-tailed hawk.(Red tails come later) Cute.

The 3 photos are wonderful. I am most interested in the photo of the falcon/hawk! That;s just great! I’m really happy that such species are apparently OK in New York. Wonderful to see. Thanks for sharing it!
