“Silver Alert issued 04/30/14 at 11:35 PM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Mai Thien, male, Asian, 76 years of age, from Broadway and West 86th Street in Manhattan. The missing suffers from dementia, last seen wearing a black shirt and sweatpants. A photo is attached; if you see Mai Thien, please call 9-1-1.”
