This is being done all over the city to prohibit plows from either coming down streets to clear them, or so that they cannot plow the snow against the )parked?) car. These idiots should be ticketed by the hour for standing in the way of getting the streets cleared properly, garbage picked-up, and pedestrians that have to use the street to bypass danger on the sidewalks (ice, garbage, thugs that won’t move etc.) Alternate side parking, even if the sweepers aren’t coming around, should also be enforced so these asses dig themselves out and allow the plows to clear all parking areas. Or are they waiting for the Mayor to have someone do it for them, because they’re poor and firkin helpless?
Relax Francis. Go outside and enjoy this beautiful day.
Alternate side parking has been suspended for four weeks..it should not have been..there have been weeks without any precipitation that would have been the perfect time to clear the snow from the streets and pick up the garbage. so point a finger at the person who cancelled alternate parking..
