Police arrested 21-year-old Saul Alvarez for an attempted rape in Central Park last month, but he pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Thursday. Investigators said that Alvarez told him he was playing a prank late at night on June 28 when he allegedly grabbed the jogger from behind near Lasker Pool and held his hand over her mouth, the Daily News reported.

“I knew she was going to scream but I didn’t think that she was going to call the police… My prank was supposed to be to scare her by grabbing her from behind and taking her down to the ground,” the accused perv said.

He is charged with first degree attempted rape.

What a piece of shit. I hope he goes to jail, but he will probably strike a plea bargain and keep doing this to other women.
