RIVERSIDE PARK PILATES, YOGA START THIS WEEK

Free yoga and pilates classes in Riverside Park are back starting this week. Pilates is on Tuesdays at 6:30 and yoga is on Wednesdays at 6:30. Both occur at The Plaza at 66th Street (in Riverside Park South).

PILATES
6:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.
This total body workout is a great way to develop superior core muscle power and tone, all with a beautiful view of the Hudson. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring your own mat.

6:30 p.m.
–7:30 p.m.
End your day with relaxing Hatha yoga in a beautiful sunset setting. Suitable for all fitness levels. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring your own mat.
