“Silver Alert issued 12/5/12 at 10:30 PM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for the disappearance of Florence Phelan, female, white, 86 years old. She is described as 5’11” tall, 150 lbs., last wearing a green sweatshirt and grey sweat pants. She was last seen near Amsterdam Ave and West 75th St in Manhattan. Ms. Phelan suffers from Alzheimer’s. A photo is attached; if you see Ms. Phelan, please call 9-1-1.”
Update, 1:15 a.m.: Silver Alert Canceled.
