Local four-year-old Rafaella Lily Kopelan suffers from a rare and incurable (so far) genetic disorder called Epidermolysis Bullosa, which causes her skin to be extremely fragile so that it constantly blisters and tears. A six-story mansion at 247 Central Park West sold last year for $22.4 million, but now the anonymous owner wants to rent it out. He’s asking for $110,000. EVERY MONTH. It has a 60-foot lap pool, an irrigated zen garden and a media room with stadium seating.
