The rumor mill is already churning about what will move into the 26,000 square foot space soon to be vacated by Borders in the Time Warner Center. The Real Deal talks to commercial realtors who expect an auction to be held in August or September to find a new tenant will attract lots of interest. And Racked chats with a “retail expert” who expects to see a big national chain, perhaps a CVS, move into the spot. Oh Lord.

A suspected serial bank robber named Kirk Walker was just arrested after robbing the Wells Fargo on 85th Street on Monday with a note demanding “Money plz, $1,000,000,000.” When he was done, the robber asked for the note back. (Daily News)
