A tourist from Denver who thought she had lost her camera on 96th Street and Broadway got a welcome call from some NYPD officers. They had found a clue in one of her pictures that allowed them to get it back to her after it was stolen. (New York Times, first item)
DNA on a wallet may help cops find the person who violently mugged artist Gerald Abramovitz in a building on 89th Street last month. Abramovitz died last week. (NY Daily News)
Six people were injured in a crash involving at least two cars and a taxi on 96th Street and Central Park West around 12:30 a.m. this morning. The injuries were generally minor, though one person was taken tot he hospital. (DNAinfo)
