Just a completely unsolicited plug for Donna Ellenbogen, who is AMAZING. I went to some new mom meetings where she spoke during my first years of parenthood, and she taught me lessons I’m still using daily many years later. I later worked with Family Wellness Solutions during a few rough patches in my family when I didn’t know where else to turn, and her help was truly invaluable. Not only is she a highly educated and effective counselor, she’s also the mother of children ranging in age from toddler to teen, so she’s experienced all of the mom stuff firsthand.
