There’s a new yoga studio in town…..well, not really a studio, but a new class for 3 and 4 year olds to move their bodies, stretch their spirits, and nurture their souls, all with a Jewish twist. Partnering with the well-loved Lil’ Yogis, Jewish Adventure Yoga at Congregation Rodeph Sholom promises to take your preschooler from asana to ahavah (love), cat-cow to challah, tree pose to Torah, and more. Have fun with us as we combine movement and stories for an exploration of Jewish ideas. This new drop off mini-course runs for 6 weeks, beginning April 20th, and is scheduled for Thursdays between 3:15 and 4 p.m. Cost is $150 for members / $200 for non-members.
