Police say that Niiamarte Cintron, who is shown in the photo above, shot another man in the neck and chest in front of 865 Amsterdam Avenue, part of the Douglass Houses Projects, on Friday August 5 at 9:48 p.m. Cintron is described as a 45-year-old male, 5’6″ tall, 180 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. The victim is in St. Luke’s hospital in stable condition.
Police are looking for Cintron and are asking for the public’s help.
