Machiavelli is a Northern Italian restaurant specializing in regional hand rolled pasta made fresh daily in house. The pastas they offer include Tortelli alla Mantovana (pumpkin Tortelli topped with butter, sage and amaretti cookie); Cacio e Mele (roasted Granny Smith apple and cheese Ravioli topped with lamb ragu); Cazunzei Ampezzani (traditional pasta from the Dolomiti region, stuffed with red beet and ricotta and topped with Parmesan poppy seed sauce; and Tagliatelle al Ragu di Vitello (bolognese egg pasta with veal ragu)…
They also serve traditional dishes such Brasato al Barolo (braised beef in Barolo wine) and Cacciucco alls Livornese (fish stew Livornese style) as well as pizza from a brick oven. Desserts include Tiramisu, Budino di Pane and Panna Cotta.
The restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as brunch on weekends…aside from our main menu lunch choices, they serve breakfast items daily until 4pm such as pancakes, eggs Florentine and Panettone French Toast with Grand Marnier.
They have live piano music every night and for brunch on weekends, and they deliver.
