Yiddish is everywhere in our daily lexicon. Whether your parents sprinkled their English with it or your Bubbe spoke it exclusively, if you’re Jewish this unique language likely made its way into your heart. The Workmen’s Circle is leading the Yiddish Renaissance, offering a friendly and engaging learning environment with over 30 classes at 6 levels, suitable for beginner to life-long speaker. With hundreds of students enrolled each semester in our intimate in-person and online classes, our master instructors provide an interactive environment covering the bare basics to advanced conversation. As the largest Yiddish language program in the world, we welcome Yiddish enthusiasts of all levels.
Classes start at $200 and take place at the Workmen’s Circle in Midtown Manhattan, 247 West 37th Street, and online the world over.
