A map created by the New York Times shows Kasich precincts in blue, Trump in red and Cruz in yellow. Gray blocks were ties.
Upper West Side Republicans broke from other New York GOPers on Tuesday by picking John Kasich as their top candidate in Tuesday’s primary. Donald Trump won the state handily, but Kasich won the Upper West Side by 50% to 35% and won Lincoln Square by 47% to 42%, according to a map put out by WNYC.
Clinton won the UWS by 71% to 29% and Lincoln Square by 75% to 25%. The New York Times has even more detailed maps, showing that Trump still held support in several parts of the neighborhood, but Sanders was basically shut out.
At least ten times as many Democrats as Republicans voted in the primary in the neighborhood.
So, Republicans in one of the most “cucked” regions in the country chose the “cuckservative” candidate, Kasich. No surprise there.
guess after we pay rent/mortgage, not many of us have enough left over to pay tens of thousands extra in taxes to fund Bernie’s idealism.
Don’t worry, anon. You’re not rich enough to be affected by Bernie’s “idealism”. You’re not in the top 1%, I’m sure. And if you are, then yes, pay up.
In reality, the $115B in taxes that big businesses avoided paying last year will fund this.
But go ahead, support Hillary. And keep enjoying your health insurance costs.
Say it, MJ! Thank you!
Did you see this?
The election official at the heart of the
diabolical voter list purge is none other than the ex-owner of the Rat Haus.
You know, the brownstone next to JAZA and across from the Green Flea, where the rats took over.
She is a wrecking ball.
