BACCHUS WINES CLOSING; PEOPLE FLOOD THE STORE FOR LIQUIDATION

Bacchus Wines at 2056 Broadway between 70th and 71st streets is shutting its doors on Wednesday because the owners lost their lease, and the company is liquidating its inventory. Wines, glasses and other supplies are flying off the shelf today at 30% off, and spirits are going for 20% off.
An employee told us: “You’d better get here fast if you want to get anything.”
